Process
-  Initial Meeting- Determine specific wants and needs.
- Review possibilities
- Determine any structural or constructability concerns.
 
-  Design Development- Provide design options of possibilities.
- Determine constraints.
- Finalize conceptual design alongside owner.
 
-  Construction Documents- With an approved design, engineering backgrounds are created.
- Finalize details.
- Implement interior design requirements as needed.
- Coordinate architectural plans with structural, civil, and MEP Engineering requirements.
- Sign and Seal Plans for permitting.
 
-  Permitting- Submit signed and sealed construction documents (plus any additional requirements needed) to city having jurisdiction.
- Provide corrections to constructions documents if requested by city having jurisdiction.
 
-  Construction Phase- Provide support and clarity to general contractor when needed.
